Our policy is to ship your item within 4 days from receiving your payment. Please keep in mind that items sent from Canada to the USA or other countries may be held up by customs and require additional time to arrive. Feel free to contact us on the status of your order and we will do everything that we can to help.
We use the most economical shipping method that is available to your area. In most cases, this is by Canada Post surface parcel. If you prefer to have an item shipped by a speedier service or require delivery confirmation or insurance, please contact us. We will be happy to send your items any way that you would like.
Any large packages shipped to the USA are sent by Expedited parcel. Order tracking and insurance of up to CA$100 is included in the shipping cost. A tracking number for the parcel will be available and can be accessed through the website by logging into your customer profile.
We gaurantee that our items will be in the condition as described in their listing. If you require further information or pictures before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them. If you feel your order is not as described, we will return your payment (minus any shipping charges) once it is returned to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to Post Office neglegence. We take extra special care in packaging your order, but sometimes the Post Office can be very rough with packages. For this reason, we recommend insurance on your order.
We accept Paypal as payment and charge no additional fees to cover Paypal charges. We also accept Money orders. Money orders from within Canada must be in US$. Money orders from any other country must be in US$ and be cashable in Canada, please confirm this when you are purchasing one from your bank or Post Office. We do not accept cheques of any kind.
